eStatements are an electronic delivery of your statements, which will take the place of your mailed paper statement.

There is no charge for Unity Bank's eStatement service.

You have the convenience of secured online statements - eStatements. Log into Online Banking, then proceed as follows:

  • Click on the Statements tab
  • Click on Statements
  • Select 'eStatements' from the action dropdown menu
  • Click 'here' in 'You can manage your statement option here'
  • Select 'Online' for the 'Select how you would like to receive your Statements' toggle
  • Check your delivery preference and accounts, then select ‘Next’
  • Select ‘Get SMS’ to receive your One-time password. Enter the password, then select ‘Save’
  • Confirm and click ‘Finish’

To view your eStatement:

  1. Log in to Unity Bank Online Banking
  2. Click on the Statements tab
  3. Click on Statements
  4. Select 'eStatements' from the action dropdown menu

Your email address is required so we can notify you by email when your statement is available in Unity Bank Online Banking.

Yes, your eStatement and email notification are independent of one another. If you do not receive your email notification, your eStatement will still be available in Unity Bank Online Banking.

It is your responsibility to keep us updated if your email address changes.

Using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, click the printer icon. You can either print the entire statement or just a particular page.

Select the eStatement you wish to save. When it opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader, in the bottom right-hand corner, select save. If you are using a computer, the file will be in your recent downloads. If you are on a mobile device, it will be saved to your device. Please ensure that you store your eStatements securely.

Yes, your statement is stored behind firewalls and is transmitted to your Internet browser using 128-bit encryption.

Your eStatement should be available during the first two weeks of the statement cycle.

No, your eStatement cannot be emailed to you because email is not a secure way to send your statement.

From the date that you register, your eStatement will be available each statement period. If you need a copy of a statement mailed to you for a specific period, please contact us on 1300 364 400, or by email at mail@unity.bank

If you wish to switch back to receiving paper statements, please contact us. Please note that the paper statement fee will apply.

No, for security reasons we can only send your eStatement notification to one email address.

Contact us on 1300 364 400 to let us know when your email address has changed and we will update your details.

No, Unity Bank eStatements cannot be saved as a text files, or imported into Microsoft Word or any other text program. Unity Bank eStatements can only be saved as PDF files.
